Our decaf coffee is a premium select natural-processed Colombian that is then decaffeinated using EA from sugarcane. In this process the coffee bean is exposed to water and steam that causes it to expand, and then it is washed with naturally-derived ethyl acetate from fermented sugar cane. It is then washed again and blasted with steam to clean the inner portions of the bean before being dried.
Tasting Notes: Sweet and citric. A decaf that stands up to non-decaf coffees.
