This microlot coffee comes from Finca el Derrumbo in Chalatenango, El Salvador. The farmer, Vincente Diaz picks the cherries, depulps them the same day and ferments them dry before patio drying the beans. This very small lot consists of the Pacamara varietal grown at 1350 meters. The cup consists of floral notes, cinnamon, baking spice, and faint citrus.
