    A small republic in the eastern region of Africa, coffee in Burundi is produced on very small farms before being taken to mills for processing.  The average farm is between .5 – 1.0 hectares.  This coffee has great acidity without compromising the body.  The sweetness is akin to raw sugar cane, with notes of apple and floral flavors.  A superior coffee with complex flavors.
